I have always been interested in having a bucket list. As a little girl, I wrote my lists but I never followed through and bought a property and built two houses joined by an underground tunnel with a secret fort in the middle. I know how disappointing. I again decided to try to make another bucket list in high school after watching the movie Bucket list. I started the perfect Pinterest board, but I only crossed a few of those items off and never thought of it again...at least until a couple of weeks ago. I started asking myself,

What would I change about my life if I knew I only had six months left to live?

First of all, I wouldn't get mad about the little inconveniences such as getting worked up over Braden forgetting once again to take out the trash on Mondays and Wednesdays. Instead of wasting time stressing about having a clean house and I would take my children to the pool more, take them to the park more, I would turn my phone off more and play dump trucks and have tickle fights. I would spend more time making memories instead of trying to be the world's version of 'perfect'. So I have decided to write a real bucket list. One that I will stick to and complete 30 things on my bucket list before I am 30. So in no particular order lets begin.

1. Attend a random wedding

2. Pretend to be wedding dress shopping with a friend

3. Take my first family vacation with my little family

4. Go to Disney World

5. Attend a sip and paint

6. Go camping in the back yard

7. Go ice skating

8. Go to Comic-Con with Braden

9. Spend a whole day reading in Barns and Nobel

10. Go paintballing

11. Runaway for a spontaneous romantic weekend without any children

12. Tie-dye a shirt

13. Do a boudoir shoot

14. Go on a cruise

15. Get a full spa day

16. Ride in a hot air balloon

17. Keep a plant alive for a year

18. Achieve a “no spend” month where I will not buy anything extra outside regular bills

19. Be in the audience for the bachelor franchise

20. Watch all of the Marvel movies in order

21. See the ice castles in Colorado

22. Take a self-defense class

23. Take a pottery class

24. Do a "solve a murder"

25. Finish a corn maze

26. Go on a double "Goodwill date"

27. Watch the ballet Swan Lake

28. Hold a Fennec Fox

29. Go to a RISE conference

30. Go to a KU basketball game

I dare you to live like you had little time left. What would be on your bucket list?
