From the moment I met Brooklynn, I could instantly recognize her unwavering commitment to supporting mothers and promoting breastfeeding. She didn’t just absorb the educational resources I shared—she eagerly spread that knowledge to other mothers in need, showing her genuine desire to make a difference.

Brooklynn’s journey goes beyond her advocacy. She has taken her passion for supporting breastfeeding mothers a step further by launching her own business that creates beautiful breastmilk keepsakes. Introducing Brooklynn: A Mother, Advocate, and Entrepreneur

"Hello! My name is Brooklynn, and I have a beautiful daughter named Nevaeh, who is currently 9 months old! I’ve had the privilege of exclusively breastfeeding her since the day she was born. When I first started breastfeeding, I had so many questions and felt a bit nervous about the process. I struggled with getting a good latch in the beginning, which led me to use a temporary nipple shield for the first 4 months."

Brooklynn’s journey wasn’t without its challenges, but her determination to make breastfeeding work for her and her daughter shines through. She used the nipple shield as a tool to address her latch issues while simultaneously working with Nevaeh to develop a proper latch. Over time, Nevaeh naturally transitioned away from the nipple shield, and that’s when things really clicked for Brooklynn.

"I also had an oversupply of milk from day one, which presented its own set of challenges. I used a Boon Trove to collect the milk that was let down from the side Nevaeh wasn’t nursing from. This helped me build a significant freezer stash of breastmilk."

Not only did Brooklynn overcome her personal breastfeeding challenges, but she also turned her supply of breastmilk into a way to support other mothers. She generously shared her extra milk with those in need, highlighting her nurturing spirit and desire to help others.

"Breastfeeding has so many benefits for both baby and mom! It’s truly the best thing I have ever done for my daughter. The bond it has created between us is unexplainable, and it’s something I will cherish forever."
